The QS-P Needle-free Injector is design to inject subcutaneous medications such us insulin, human growth hormone, local anesthetic and vaccine. For now QS-P has been approved to inject Insulin and Human growth hormones in China. The QS-P Needle-free Injector is a spring powered device, it uses a high pressure to release liquid medication from a micro orifice to create an ultrafine liquid stream that instantly penetrates skin to the subcutaneous tissue.
The QS-P is the second generation needle free injector after QS-M, the concept of design is portable, and it is very easy to put in the pocket or small bag. Another concept of this design is light, the weight of QS-P is less than 100 grams. Quinovare hopes children or elderly can use it by themselves. Operations using QS-P injector are conveniently easy to follow; first charge the device, second extract medication and choose the dosage and third inject medication. This steps can be learn within 10 minutes. Other needle-free injector consist of two different parts, the injector and the pressure box (reset box or handling charger). As for QS-P it is an all in one design injector, so it is more convenient to use. The third concept of design is warmth, most of people feels cold or pain or afraid of needles, we tried our best to design our injector to looks warmth and doesn’t looks like an injector. We wanted that clients can use the injector comfortably and have a confidence every time they use it. Because of its features and design QS-P acquired the Good Design Award of 2016, Golden Pin Design Award of 2019 and Red Star Design Award of 2019.
QS-P was developed in 2014, we launched QS-P to the market last 2018 in China, its ampoule capacity is 0.35 ml and the dosage range is 0.04 to 0.35 ml. QS-P obtained the CFDA (China Food and Drug Association), CE mark and ISO13485 in 2017.
