The QS-P ampoule is the temporary container and it use as the passage of medication. It is made of good quality material using Makrolon medical plastic by Covestro. Makrolon is a medical-grade polycarbonates and have excellent properties of durability, process ability, safety and design flexibility, which meet the stringent requirements of a wide variety of medical products. The Makrolon main benefits in making the Ampoule for the needle-free injector are resistant to cracking against lipid, resistant to radiation sterilization and able to ensure high productivity and efficiency during the molding of the ampoule.

The QS-P ampoule is sterilize using Irradiation device and the effective period is 3 years. The quality of QS Ampoule is much better than other brand of needle-free injector in China. The durability of QS Ampoule has been tested by a machine design by Quinovare. Comparing the performance of other brand ampoule to QS Ampoule can bear many times of life-time test while for other brands ampoule is broken in just 10 life-time test. The ampoule needs to be inserted into the open end of the QS-P needle-free injector and screw it tightly, make sure it is place firmly. When using the ampoule make sure that the packaging of the ampoule is intact prior to the opening, if package is open or damage do not use the ampoule. To avoid contamination, keep the ampoule tip away from any other object. Do not use the same ampoule for different liquid medication and never use the same ampoule for different patients.
